DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
Facilitate all office and administrative matters for Principal to operate at maximum efficiency.
As required, manage Principal: Agenda
Conference calls
Meetings
Lunches, parties
Travel
Administration Office: Home management
Office administration
Mail reception
Database management
Inventory management
House maintenance
PROFIL ATTENDU:
Relevant education needed to perform the Executive Assistant duties.
10 years experience as an Executive Assistant position or similar.
Excellent business presence.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
Excellent writing skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
