Your mission:The role includes course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation in aviation groups. Your tasks:Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performanceEnsure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirementsCreate, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environmentsProvide support for training development, colleagues and other departments as neededAct as representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups and teams as necessary; maintain a professional demeanour and appearance for these interactionsWhat we are looking for:Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: While an ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, the appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate who holds an ICAO issued ATCO licenseMust hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desiredCommunication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listeningTeamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactionsEnglish Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higherLocation: Wangen b.
