Job Description
We are seeking an International Marketing Administration & Procurement Manager to lead our Marketing Department's procurement, logistics and administration functions.
Role Overview
The International Marketing Administration & Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing procurement, logistics and administration team. This leadership role focuses on sourcing high-quality products such as furniture, gifts with purchase and visual displays ensuring timely delivery at the best possible price. The role also encompasses overseeing internal processes, including orders, payments, and deliveries, executed efficiently and within deadlines.
Strategic Procurement
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet marketing needs, including sourcing furniture, promotional gifts and visual merchandising displays. Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards. Stay informed on market trends to identify new opportunities and innovations for procurement strategies.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to marketing and event sites. Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage shipping, customs, warehousing, and inventory management to minimize disruptions and delays. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure optimal transportation solutions for delivering marketing materials and assets. Manage the end-to-end flow of products, from supplier to final destination, ensuring on-time deliveries within budget. Analysis of consumption to reduce stocks and optimize purchasing.
Cost Optimization & Budget Management
Develop and manage the procurement and logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality. Monitor and report on budget performance, cost savings, and procurement KPIs. Lead efforts to continuously improve processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance delivery times.
Team Leadership & Administration
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement, logistics, and administrative professionals. Ensure the administration team oversees all internal processes, including order processing, invoice verification, payment approvals and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Continuously improve procurement, logistics, and administration processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with legal regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. 5 years of experience in marketing administration and procurement or a similar role. Strong knowledge of procurement practices, logistics management, supplier relationships and negotiation techniques. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills Required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others. Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
Languages
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
