About Liom Liom is a Swiss health-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. Our objective is to develop the first health wearable monitoring glucose non-invasively. We will launch our wearable as a consumer product in the EU in H1’2027, and then as a medically cleared product in the US. Our team consists of over 80 staff, including more than 50 Ph Ds, with deep expertise in entrepreneurship, product development, and the required engineering as well as scientific disciplines. We are operating out of our lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, and our office in San Francisco, United States. Your mission We are looking for a creative and social media-savvy content manager to own and grow our presence on Instagram and Linked In, as well as create content that can be used for acquisition, while also exploring new platforms to engage our audience. If you have experience in content creation, community management, and growing online engagement, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy: Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram and Linked In, ensuring a strong and consistent brand voice. Community Engagement: Build and nurture our social media community, responding to comments and messages to drive engagement. Influencer collaboration ideation & content: Identify suitable influencers and ambassadors to amplify reach and create content for maximum impact of these partnerships. Your profile2-4 years of experience in social media content creation and management. Passion for storytelling, creativity, and staying on top of social media trends. Comfortable with content creation in English without further proof-reading, familiarity with major markets, especially also the US-context. Passion for health, longevity, and biohacking. Expertise in Instagram and Linked In content creation - understanding what content works best for each platform. Experience with growing and engaging online communities. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and video editing is a plus. Ability to identify and scale new social media channels relevant for marketing a consumer app or product.
