Our HR internship offers a unique opportunity to launch your career as you’ll get immersed in our globally diverse organization, develop your skills and build your professional network. As a HR intern, you’ll spend one year learning about a worldwide growing and transforming industry (Nutrition & Health) and gaining invaluable experience at our headquarters in Switzerland.

Your key responsibilities
1. Closely collaborate with HR Business Partners on enforcing local policies, procedures, legislation and company agreements, mainly for Switzerland.
2. Support the HR Business Partners in implementing processes of the annual cycle in the field of Talent Development, Performance Management, Engagement Survey, etc.
3. Cooperate with country HR on local cases and support HR Business Partners on processes, updating Organizational Management structures, systems, etc.
4. Support local HR events, initiatives & communications within and outside the team.
5. Manage overall administrative tasks; take care of Purchase order numbers for HR department, coordination of social events and arrangements, etc.
6. Support preparation / prepare various employment related documents, manage letters and coordination with HR Shared Services.
7. Support recruitment processes for temporary positions.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices – identify issues, propose, develop & implement solutions, across the country.
9. Support HR projects on demand.

You bring
16. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics, law, psychology or completed commercial training with an affinity for Human Resources.
17. First practical experience through internships or part-time jobs is an asset.
18. Very good English and German language skills are required.
19. Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs.
20. Good communication skills with a committed and independent way of working.
21. Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality.
