Postdoc Position in In Vitro Models Development
We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher to explore the potential of in vitro models in improving preclinical drug selection, particularly for gene therapy development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new in vitro models of the human and mouse blood-brain-barrier
* Benchmark these models for preclinical and clinical investigations
* Collaborate with researchers at Novartis AG to test the developed models
Requirements:
* PhD in bioengineering, biotechnology, or related fields
* Experience in microfluidics, advanced in vitro models, and viral vectors
* Knowledge of standard molecular biology techniques and NGS technologies
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude
