Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Systems Specialist to support our Quality team at UCB's Bulle site in Switzerland.
As a QA Systems Specialist, you will provide strategic and operational quality systems support to senior management, line management, and internal stakeholders to ensure the site meets expected performance levels. You will collaborate closely with local and global teams to proactively support operations and embed high-quality standards across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Strengthen compliance culture at Bulle site through UCB and GMP standards
* Participate in projects relating to Quality strategies
* Represent Quality Systems team internally
* Contribute to simplification and streamlining of processes and support continuous Quality improvement initiatives
* Write, approve, and authorize Quality documentation and maintain/improve quality system procedures
* Organize and participate in Quality committees
* Help organize quarterly quality management reviews
* Perform weekly and monthly quality systems KPIs
* Oversee governance, training deployment, and compliance with UCB and GMP standards
* Monitor process performance, report issues to management, and track action plans for continuous improvement
* Lead local process for main quality systems (deviations management, CAPA management, root cause investigation management, QMS-lifecycle management)
What Makes You Successful:
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in GMP-regulated industry, preferably within Quality Assurance or operational department
* Strong autonomy, agility, and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and complex projects while meeting critical deadlines
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills for effective collaboration
* High level of discretion, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
* Solid understanding of the GxP environment and expertise in writing scientific/technical documents
* Proactive approach to improving quality processes
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
