Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician for Commissioning and Qualification of our state-of-the-art machines in an international environment. This role offers the opportunity to utilize technical knowledge while continuously learning in a dynamic work setting.
Our team and SKAN Academy training program will provide support in this new role, which is ideal for individuals with a strong team spirit and several years of experience in a technical field with international travel activities.
You will spend around 50% of your time on-site at customer sites (pharma), commissioning and qualifying isolators, providing the chance to experience new cultures and actively use language skills while working on exciting projects worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Commissioning of systems, peripherals, and common PLCs.
* Input/Output Tests (I/O-Tests) and line-Tests.
* Documentation according to cGMP regulations.
* Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) of systems:
* Design document checks against plant documentation.
* Sensor/instrument calibration and adjustment.
* Qualification of ventilation systems (filter tests, air velocity mapping, and cleanliness class).
* Alarm testing & functional tests.
* Documentation according to cGMP regulations.
1. Troubleshooting, analysis, and elimination of mechanical, electrical, or software deviations.
Requirements
* Engineer or Technician degree in Mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, systems engineering, or similar field.
* Basic knowledge in handling common PLCs (Siemens and Rockwell Allen-Bradley).
* Professional experience in commissioning is an advantage.
* Experience in GMP environments is ideal.
* Valid car driving license is required.
* Excellent English language skills are necessary.
