Family Office Support - Key Account Desk / Private Banking
The Key Account Desk, a small, highly qualified team responsible for servicing a large client mandate consisting of trusts and companies, is looking for a Client Support Specialist who will support the team with advanced technical skills in Excel and Data Analysis tools.
Job Specification
Execution of clients’ orders, payments and trades ensuring complete adherence to client specifications, compliance, internal rules and all relevant regulations
Prepare and execute investments into private equity
Preparation of bespoke and ad-hoc reporting using data analysis tools like Power BI
Handling of information and data investigation requests by the client
Supporting and executing daily client cash management tasks
Confirmation of order execution and handling of the document management / electronic archiving
Daily administrative tasks of the desk
Required profile
Banking apprenticeship or degree in finance / economics and ideally at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge and experience in usage of Data Analysis Tools and general IT affinity
Fluency in English, German knowledge highly desirable
Team player, supportive, with the ability to deal in a transparent and collegiate manner
Positive, empathetic personality with a flexible can-do attitude
Experience performing a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately within a client-focused environment with excellent attention to detail
