Our client is an agency that specializes in leveraging influencer marketing strategies to captivate the Gen-Z audience. The core competency lies in crafting impactful campaigns through bite-sized content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat. They pride themselves on creating influential campaigns that forge deep connections with the target demographic.
As a Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. You'll facilitate seamless communication between Music Labels, Brands, Influencers, and other agencies to fulfill the needs of our influencer-centric campaigns. Collaborating closely with the music team, you will identify additional influencers, drive business growth, and enhance client relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Devise and execute dynamic influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
2. Coordinate collaborations with Music Labels, Brands, and influencers to ensure seamless execution of our social media endeavors.
3. Utilize effective communication channels to implement influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram.
4. Engage in influencer outreach to guarantee successful campaign collaborations.
5. Work closely with the Music team to flawlessly implement and organize music campaigns.
Requirements
1. 1-3 years of experience in influencer, campaign management, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated understanding of influencer marketing campaigns and strategies.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support key objectives.
4. Proficiency in identifying top trends within TikTok and Instagram to support time-sensitive campaigns.
5. Familiarity with the music label and brand-facing side of influencer marketing.
6. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
7. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Proficient in project management, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
9. Experience with Excel is preferred.
10. Solid understanding of social media influencer support and execution, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
