We offer an exciting and challenging job in our Department responsible for the Client Lifecycle Risk Controls for the Region Switzerland. Managing risk across the Client Lifecycle in our Universal Bank presents a permanent and exciting challenge and you got the chance to be part of it. This professional challenge includes the establishing, strengthening and maintenance of an effective Client Life Cycle Risk Management within the First Line of Defense. You will also work on the development of digital control steps and ensure compliance with all audit requirements. The involvement and execution of testing activities is also part of your field of responsibility, as ensuring a robust Client Lifecycle Control Risk Management together with your colleagues across the First Line of Defense.

Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate will bring drive and a strong can-do" attitude. Furthermore, you are expected to possess the following skills and competences:
* A University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Compliance or equivalent education with relevant work experience
* More than 3 years of experience in the banking sector in an Audit / Compliance / Risk Management function
* You offer problem-solving skills combined with a solution driven mind-set and enthusiasm for Risk and Compliance topics
* You have a high focus on attention to details
* You are an independent and responsible individual with a careful and efficient way of working
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills as well as a high level of flexibility and adaptability to changes, ability to learn and adapt quickly
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Very good written and spoken skills in English and German are required
* Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
