We are looking for an Operational Purchaser for one of our main clients in Switzerland for a temporary contract.
Tasks
1. Process Purchase Orders: Effectively manage and process purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate and completed on time.
2. Source with Accuracy: Identify and acquire materials that align with our high standards.
3. Update and manage purchasing data in SAP, including delivery dates, discounts, prices, and order confirmations.
4. Cultivate strong daily interactions with internal stakeholders and trusted suppliers, and engage in price and lead time negotiations when needed.
5. Manage with Attention: Oversee all aspects of purchase orders, including invoice control, resolving blocked shipments, and conducting market research.
6. Resolve and Improve: Review purchase order claims, address defects, and negotiate refunds to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements
12. A solid foundation with relevant vocational training or technical apprenticeship, coupled with several years of equivalent work experience
13. Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
14. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
