On behalf of one of our clients, an international private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a:
Responsibilities
1. Support on the execution of the marketing strategy.
2. Coordinate the communication and execution of annual event plans.
3. Be the key contact with internal and external partners, suppliers, and local staff.
4. Prepare, send, and track invitations and correspondence with guests and participants Involve in all aspects of events, and meetings organization, and logistics to accommodation.
5. Manage the budget and follow-up of invoices and expenses related to events and ensure payments as well as any other document related to the event organization.
6. Manage ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
7. Marketing or Business Management degree
8. 2-3 years’ experience in marketing/events
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Knowledge of private banking products and solutions is a plus
11. Sense of organization and priorities
12. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
13. Curiosity and organization skills
14. Perfectly bilingual in English & French with an ability to write in both languages
15. Swiss residency
