RESPONSIBILITIESSystem Administration & IT Infrastructure - Administer and manage operating systems:Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc.). Active Directory (GPO management, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, SSO). Intune, SCCM for workstation management. Microsoft Exchange Online / Office 365Manage virtualized environments: VMware vSphere, HyperV. HA cluster management, vMotion. Performance and cost optimizationSupervise storage solutions: SAN (HPE 3PAR, Nimble). Snapshot management, replication, and high availabilityOversee backup and disaster recovery (DR/BCP): Solutions: Veeam Backup & Replication. Testing and validating Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP). Automating backups and generating reports. Telephony fix. Microsoft Team telephonyData Center & Cloud Management - Operate and maintain on premise and hybrid datacentersManage cloud infrastructures (Azure) and SaaS solutions. Monitor and optimize energy consumption and capacity in datacenters. Administer monitoring and supervision solutions (Centreon, PRTG)Security & IT GovernanceImplement and maintain IT security policies (ISO 27001, Zero Trust, NIST). Secure access and manage identities using IAM, MFA, SSO, Zero Trust. Deploy and manage endpoint protection solutions. Apply security patches, updates, and hardening strategies. Manage and analyze security logs and events (SIEM, Splunk, ELK)Support & Operations (Level 2 & 3)Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for complex incidentsDiagnoses and resolving system and infrastructure failures. Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, AnsibleIT Project Management & UpgradesLead IT infrastructure evolution projects: Hybrid cloud migration / Server and storage modernization / BCP/DRP improvement. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as relevant. Write technical specifications and monitor project budgets PROFILEDegree: Master's degree in IT, Systems & Network Administration, or equivalent. Experience: 10 years in system administration and data center management. Microsoft Azure Cloud Certification & ITIL Service Management (foundation)Technical skills: Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux. Virtualization: VMware, HyperV. Storage & Backup: SAN, NAS, Veeam, Commvault. Cloud: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud. Security: IAM, MFA, SIEM, Zero Trust. Automation: PowerShell, Python, Bash.
