In this role as Product Content Manager - ACMP, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining content available to our partners around the world via Whatfix and Knowledge Base. Your primary focus will be on documenting the ALSO Cloud Marketplace (ACMP) product features and releasing announcements (internal and external), working closely with the product and development team to follow platform changes.
This position is part of a journey with an industry leader, whose Cloud Marketplace empowers resellers to manage customer relationships end-to-end, generating new revenue streams, increasing customer retention, and enabling rapid entry into the cloud business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain articles in Confluence or other knowledge base tools
* Develop and maintain content in Whatfix, including on-screen guidance flows
* Owning the Whatfix tool for ALSO Cloud Marketplace, creating content (beacons, flows, smart tips), and integrating it with Confluence to leverage automation possibilities and increase platform usage
* Staying up-to-date with platform changes to ensure content remains current and ready for new feature launches
* Collaborating with teams across Europe to plan new content for Whatfix
* Creating content in English, with the possibility of translating it into French and/or German, and cooperating with external translators if necessary
Your Profile:
* Prior experience in managing projects and understanding how digital and content creation tools work together
* Experience writing technical content, such as troubleshooting guides and step-by-step instructions
* Familiarity with knowledge base systems
* Previous experience with Digital Adoption Tools or willingness to learn
* Proven troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with a high degree of self-initiative
* Fluent English, with French and German being a plus for in-house translations
