Job Description: Your main responsibilities
Co-create and drive the implementation of a group-wide organizational development framework to improve organizational efficiency and outcomes.
Key resource for a successful strategy implementation with dual operating methods (Run & Change, Ambidexterity)
Champion the company’s ongoing journey towards a purpose-and-values-driven organization
Collaborate strategically with relevant project team members to conceptualize, assess, design, and implement change based on identified needs.
Contribute to integration of D&I in all organizational development interventions.
Drive and expand the Secure Base Leadership journey across the organization to enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders.
Your profile
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, People Management or related field
Demonstrated experience in successfully leading international transformational processes and managing complex organizational change initiatives
Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and challenge stakeholders across all hierarchical levels and to guide and inspire teams and foster a culture of trust, learning, feedback and accountability
Demonstrated experience in designing programs that align with business needs, culture, and defined objectives
Proficient in English and in either German or French
