Whether the matter concerns human resources, ICT or compliance etc., we are responsible for performing important tasks for all Hamilton companies in Europe and Asia.How you can make a difference:Responsible for preparing the consolidated financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FERResponsible for the overall consolidation process and review of inter-company transactions and profit eliminations, ownership of the consolidated trial balanceCoordinate, manage, and support monthly/annual consolidation close activities for timeliness, accuracy, and completenessParticipate in the implementation / maintenance / upgrade of financial consolidation and reporting systems to ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP FER and management requirementsWork with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance with Swiss GAAP FERInvolved in identifying, documenting, and implementing changes to Group reporting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP FER requirementsDevelop, update, and maintain comprehensive accounting manuals that outline company policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with Swiss GAAP FERDevelop and update the preparation of notes to the financial statements for the annual reportManage and support external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing necessary documentation and explanationsThat's what you bring along:You are an accountant or have a comparable qualification and at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in medium to large-sized companiesGreat knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping and taxationConfident handling of Microsoft Office especially ExcelProficient in working with ERP systems ideally Microsoft D365Great English communication skills (written & spoken)You are used to working independently, but at the same time you are a team player and can convince with your communication skills.
