OBJECTIF DU POSTE:
La position principale de Second Sommelier au Restaurant Il Lago consiste à gérer l’ensemble de la salle à manger en ce qui concerne le service des vins et des boissons en général. Il est l’interlocuteur privilégié entre le chef sommelier et les commis sommelier ou inversement. Le restaurant gastronomique a une excellente réputation, c’est pourquoi nous n’employons que du personnel très qualifié. Une personnalité raffinée, élégante et chaleureuse avec un grand esprit d’équipe est demandée pour maintenir la solide réputation d’un des meilleurs restaurants de Genève. Il prépare, aide, vérifie et conseille les commis dans leur travail. Il est responsable de la mise en place du matériel et des vins avant chaque service. Il sera responsable de la propreté constante du matériel incombant à la sommellerie, de la cave et son approvisionnement. Il vérifie que les commis connaissent et appliquent les critères de qualité Four Seasons. Une relation empathique et pleine de bonne volonté avec les clients et ses collègues de travail, accompagnée d’excellentes qualités organisationnelles, sont les éléments clés pour un Chef de Rang Sommelier.
