We are looking for a new E-retail Executive 100% (6 month temporary) to join our Team in Zurich!
As a member of the E-retail team, you will be responsible for
· Product Information Management: Maintain the Product Information Management System (PIMS) for business partners, ensuring data completeness and excellence in execution.
· Collaboration : Regularly communicate with consumer and product marketing managers to ensure timely and complete uploads of monthly new launches.
· Content Management: Manage and update brand page content in accordance with brand guidelines, new launches, and retailer requirements.
· Visual Merchandising Audits: Conduct local visual merchandising audits regularly to ensure brand appearance aligns with guidelines and maintains excellence in execution.
· Content Creation : Collect additional product imagery and videos, extend, and translate standard product descriptions to ensure a coherent online consumer experience.
· Retailer Support: Serve as the point of contact for retailers regarding digital merchandising questions and liaise with external PIMS suppliers.
· Automation Coordination: Lead and coordinate the automation of product data exchange with local retailers.
· Market Analysis: Analyze the digital Swiss market landscape using web analytics tools to create extensive reports for commercial and marketing teams on retailer and brand performance.
· SEO/SEM Assistance: Assist retailers in SEO/SEM to optimize the visibility of ELC brands by improving brand and product pages with unique content.
Qualifications
Your profile:
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, digital media, or a related field.
·First experience in product information management, digital merchandising, or a similar role.
·A sense of how to set priorities and make the right business decisions
·“Hands-on" personality with an organized, structured way of working
·Distinct independence and personal responsibility, assertiveness with team spirit
·Experience with web analytics tools and SEO/SEM strategies.
·Familiarity with content management systems and PIMS.
·Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Similarweb).
·Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
·Fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
