Job Description
Summary:
The Supply Chain and Customer Service Specialist is responsible for order collection and creation, delivery note creation, forecasts collection and analysis for the 3rd parties' customers from Global Sales organization covered by Global Customer Service Logistics teams.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding supply chain activities.
* Lead monthly customer meetings and foster strong, proactive relationships to address needs and resolve issues.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in supply chain processes for key accounts.
Order & Supply Management:
* Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
* Monitor sales orders, shipments, and stock levels to prevent supply disruptions.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) to ensure timely deliveries.
Forecasting & Demand Planning:
* Collect and analyze customer forecasts to align short-term and long-term supply needs.
* Ensure forecast accuracy by integrating market trends and historical data.
Documentation & Compliance:
* Prepare and verify shipping documentation in line with country-specific regulations.
* Participate in product launches and oversee related supply chain requirements.
Requirements:
You will be successful if you have:
* Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems; SAP is a strong advantage.
* Experience in planning tools desired like JDA, BlueYonder, OMD, etc.
* Senior-level experience in customer service within an international organization.
* Solid functional knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage complex tasks.
* Exceptional analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational capabilities.
* Outstanding communication skills, customer-focused, and a proven ability to build strong relationships.
