Sales Representative Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand market presence, particularly in the DACH region, for Mycrobez's innovative products.
* Manage key accounts and build enduring relationships with clients.
* Lead acquisition efforts, generating new leads and converting them into long-term partnerships.
* Support external communication efforts and contribute to brand visibility.
* Conduct sales meetings and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Report on progress and sales targets directly to the CCO.
* Stay informed about industry regulations and market trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven sales experience with a track record in market development and key account management.
* Leadership experience in managing small sales teams (less than 5 FTEs).
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Business fluency in English, German, and French.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot or similar), MS-Office, and Adobe.
* Knowledge of foam and packaging industries is a plus.
