About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Treasury professional to lead our European Payment Factory, based in Fribourg. This role will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of 8 people, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Manage the treasury team and oversee the netting process, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
* Develop and implement the strategic direction for the European Vendor Payment Factory, aligning with Richemont's overall treasury strategy and objectives.
* Analyze and improve vendor payment processes, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
* Work with core banking partners to establish and optimize cash management solutions, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
* Operational Management & Risk Mitigation:
o Ensure the security of vendor payment flows and identify and resolve anomalies and rejections.
o Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with vendor payments.
* Reporting and Analysis:
o Provide regular reporting and analysis on key payment factory metrics.
* Cash Flow Forecasting and Management:
o Manage, review, and improve the cash flow forecasting model.
* Projects and Data Analysis:
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives and specific projects within the team.
o Evaluate and implement new treasury management technologies and systems.

Requirements
* University degree in Corporate Finance or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Financial Audit within a global corporate treasury operations environment.
* Proven experience in managing and optimizing vendor payment processes.
