For our dynamic and international team in the Systems & Infrastructure division, we are looking for a motivated:
Senior Network Operations Engineer
As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, you support and maintain our network infrastructure, manage the implementation of network concepts, and handle requests coming from the business.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring and operating servers and network infrastructure in our Data Centers
* Providing 2nd & 3rd level network support to companies and divisions in and outside of Switzerland
* Implementing new LAN and WAN infrastructure in collaboration with the engineering department
* Monitoring of the LAN and WAN infrastructure
* Consulting IT Managers about our network services
Professional Requirements
* 6-8 years of experience in IT Support
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
* Cisco CCNA Certification, any other certification is an asset
* Autonomous and team player
* Stress resilient
* Diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
* Comfortable with operational routine work
