What are we looking forThe Kusnacht Practice has an opening for a Nursing Team Lead. In this role, you will lead and support our nursing team to deliver the highest standards of care. You will manage daily operations, ensure seamless coordination with other departments, and provide training and mentorship to nursing staff and external service providers. With a strong focus on quality and compliance, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining excellence in patient care and service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of the Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS) within your area. This includes ensuring the proper documentation and analysis of incidents, fostering a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement to enhance client care and minimize risks. You will work closely with the quality management team to address any identified issues and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and support the nursing team, fostering collaboration and a high-performance cultureOversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth collaboration with other departmentsPlan and deliver training programs for new and existing nursing staff, including Live-in Counsellors and external nursesEnsure compliance with medical protocols, hygiene standards, and company guidelines through regular audits and inspectionsPerform clinical tasks such as blood draws, infusions, EKGs, and medication managementManage incident reporting and follow-up, working with leadership to implement corrective measuresOversee the ordering, preparation, and transport of medical samples in collaboration with partner laboratoriesMonitor and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and hygiene standardsLiaise with external nurses, doctors, and partner pharmacies to ensure consistent and high-quality service deliveryAssist with onboarding and retesting of clients, including vital signs, allergy inquiries, and medical history documentationDevelop and update internal guidelines, processes, and checklists related to nursing and medicationYou are/haveAt least 5 years of professional nursing experienceExperience in adolescent psychiatric careFluency in German and English (C1 level or above)Completed training as “Pflegefachperson HF/FH“ or “Fachangestellte/r Gesundheit (FaGe)” EFZ.Previous management experience in a similar setting is an advantageProven expertise in coordinating and managing medical servicesExperience with infusions, blood draws, and electronic documentation systemsStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesHigh sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibilityStrong social competence and customer orientationAssertiveness, innovation, and excellent communication skillsExcellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS OfficeEligibility to work in SwitzerlandA valid driver's license (must-have)What we offerWe offer an engaging opportunity in an international environment, where you will be part of a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.
