Tasks
The Role
As a Founder's Associate, you'll work closely with our seasoned Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), who scaled rready’s commercial operations from the ground up to several million in ARR. He primarily leads Sales and Marketing, while also overseeing HR, managing the executive team, and contributing to company-wide vision and strategy alongside the co-founding team.
You will be the right hand of the CCO, ensuring seamless project execution across commercial initiatives and strategic priorities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to the commercial side of an AI-native B2B SaaS startup backed by venture capitalists - from growth strategy and sales execution to AI-powered marketing and automation-driven operational excellence.
With your proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and get hands-on, you'll support the CCO as a Founder's Associate by taking ownership of operational and tactical tasks. Over time, you'll take on increasing responsibility, owning both tactical and strategic initiatives independently.
Your Responsibilities
* Right hand to the CCO: Drive execution of key projects, ensuring progress across Sales, Marketing, and broader commercial initiatives.
* Marketing & Demand Gen: Assist in campaign execution, event planning, content creation, and performance analytics - leveraging AI for personalization and efficiency.
* Sales Lead Support: Get familiar with our CRM and state-of-the-art demand generation tools (Clay, Smartlead, ChatGPT, Claude) to build dashboards, develop workflows, and ensure high data quality.
* Administrative Support: Manage the inbox, coordinate meetings, prepare follow-up materials, and keep track on expense management.
* Executive Team Support: Help with strategic research, presentations, and internal decision-making processes.
* HR (Secondary Focus): Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives - including helping to organize our annual highlight: the rready camp (this year in Portugal)
* Cross-Functional Projects: Tackle ad-hoc initiatives that contribute to company growth and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing & Communication, Entrepreneurship, Design Management, or a related field.
* First experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, or similar) is a plus.
* Passion for Artificial Intelligence, B2B SaaS, and innovation management.
