Our Group Charter Branch
We have a dedicated branch for group charters, called LunaGroup Charter (LGC), created in 2020. LGC employs 7 full-time consultants and operates over 300 flights annually.
Your Role
You will proactively build a portfolio of clients within the Group Charter branch. Your objective is to find, negotiate, and recommend the best flight options on the market for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and operators. You will prospect and develop the company portfolio through proactive outreach while maintaining high standards of service before, during, and after flights.
Operational Side
You will be responsible for monitoring all your flights, including outside office hours, and supervising check-in at the airport.

Qualifications:
1. Young, motivated graduate looking to join the next generation of Group Charter Brokers.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory; German fluency is also required. Additional languages are an asset.
3. Client-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
4. Self-starter who thinks creatively and works well in a team.
5. Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure.
6. Undergraduate degree in business, aviation, hospitality, or real estate preferred.
