Location: On-site – Geneva, CHEClient Relations and Commercial Actions: Adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by new clients. Develop commercial proposals for Consulting and General Contracting. Negotiate with clients on prices, deadlines, and quantities. Ensure client follow-up to build loyalty through field and/or remote visits. Respond to their requests, draft the commercial offer, negotiate its terms, get orders signed, and register them on the server/TS. Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and client satisfaction. Management, Coordination, and Monitoring: Manage multiple projects (costs, deadlines, quality, and risks) from the client specifications to project deployment. Follow the design of projects (client needs, functional specifications, lots, deliverables, acceptance criteria...). Lead projects by forming, organizing, and facilitating the project team according to specifications. Supervise and coordinate the work of all internal and/or external stakeholders (including subcontractors). Meet with various project stakeholders, visit sites, meet suppliers, and institutional partners. Monitor and control project progress, quality, scheduling, and budget compliance. Facilitate regular updates with all partners: program progress, knowledge sharing, validation of results...Analyze results obtained and adjust discrepancies (between forecasts and actuals) by taking corrective actions. Conduct a “best practices” analysis and propose improvements for future projects (procedures, schedules, personnel, partners...). Ensure final reporting of work to management. Prepare revision files to finalize projects. Organization and Planning: Structure projects (methods, management tools...). Define operating rules for executing projects under optimal conditions of timing, safety, quality, and cost. Ensure coordination among stakeholders involved in projects (within the company, externally with suppliers or subcontractors). Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders involved in projects according to different constraints (technical, economic, and legal). Define with project collaborators the objectives and deadlines for completing various tasks (task scheduling, projected calendar).
