Job Description
In Group Controlling we oversee and define the guidelines for the management accounting, lead all planning processes (mid-term planning, budget and forecast) and ensure the monthly financial reports for stakeholders. Currently, we are in the middle of our SAP S4H project. You will be involved in implementing the new financial steering model into the SAP S4 and will contribute to the planning activities. Furthermore, you will perform various analysis and ad-hoc requests and support the constant further development of controlling guidelines and activities.
Your key tasks
* Support the SAP project and facilitate the implementation of the new financial steering model
* Support the evolution and introduction of controlling policies and processes
* Organize and contribute to the group wide financial planning activities (MTP, budget, forecast)
* Provide financial analysis for various ad-hoc requests
* Responsible for group controlling tasks in the monthly closing process
Your reporting line is to the Head Group Controlling
Qualifications
You are passionate about Group Controlling. You understand complex systems and can explain them in a simple way to colleagues. You keep manuals up to date and you love to elaborate concepts and to bring them to implementation. You can think out of the box and come up with solutions and proposals for various challenges.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in controlling, preferably within the financial or IT industry
* Knowledge of SAP-CO and SAP BI, knowledge in S4H is an asset
* Exhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
* Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills
* High degree of initiative and ability to work with little supervision
* Exact and diligent working attitude
It would be a real bonus if you have
