YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the development and enhancement of Ronal Global IT operations, ensuring ServiceNow remains our core ITSM solution Take ownership of maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow to ensure optimal performance Install, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, tools, and integrations with other platforms Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and support them in utilizing ServiceNow for business services and automation Lead and manage projects related to creating business use cases on the ServiceNow platform Independently design process, solution, data, and application architectures Provide user support by making configuration adjustments, resolving issues, and documenting solutions YOUR PROFILE Degree or certification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform Development and scripting skills Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Proven ability in designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient ServiceNow solutions Strong English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU A challenging environment in a global company that leads the industry Limited remote work is possible; however, residing close to our manufacturing sites is preferred Attractive employment conditions, professional development, and career growth opportunities A collaborative and forward-thinking team culture BECOME PART OF OUR TEAM – APPLY NOW Please note that only applications submitted through our online application platform will be considered.
