NIL Technology is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Horgen (Zürich), Switzerland. As a Technical Project Lead, you will take part in the development of our custom meta optics from early prototyping to mass production.
In your role, you have the high-level overview on all technical aspects of the product. In the product design process, you implement the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) mindset, by considering the constraints and trade-offs from design, process, assembly and testing to find the optimal solution. You are the main responsible for the technical documentation and key interface between internal optics design, mastering, process and test teams. Externally, you will work with suppliers and represent the company towards our customers as the main technical interface. The role is interdisciplinary with a high focus on data analysis and planning, and you will have both a leading role in project execution as well as a support role to streamline activities across different technical teams.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Malaysia, and the US. With your target-oriented approach to work, you will successfully navigate the fast-paced work environment typical for the consumer electronics industry. As a part of the young and dynamic team where we strive for mutual success, your contributions and self-initiative will be key to the growth and success of the company.
