Position: Program Manager
As a Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and capability development across our manufacturing network. You will lead critical initiatives focused on performance improvement, cultural transformation, and sustainable change by applying best-in-class methodologies such as Lean, TPM, and Production System (PS). Through strategic collaboration and hands-on support, you will help shape the future of production performance, maintenance systems, and leadership behaviors within our clients’ sites.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct operational assessments in your area of expertise (e.g., Maintenance, Production Performance, Mindsets & Behaviors) to identify high-impact opportunities and develop breakthrough implementation plans.
· Partner with local Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) teams to build organizational capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
· Design and deploy innovative tools and standardized practices aligned with the Production System (PS).
· Deliver engaging training programs and coach site leaders to embed new ways of working.
· Act as a change agent by collaborating with functional experts to ensure new capabilities (tools, processes, behaviors) are institutionalized within SPS.
· Lead targeted audits to assess PS maturity and issue actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Challenges & Critical Success Factors
· Driving Change: Lead and sustain change initiatives in complex manufacturing environments, overcoming resistance and legacy mindsets.
· Influence Across Levels: Effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels—from shop floor operators to senior leadership.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support multifunctional teams in adopting new tools, methodologies, and technologies (Industry 4.0 experience is a plus).
· Operational Excellence Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Lean principles, TPM, and continuous improvement practices.
· Subject Matter Expertise: Possess deep understanding of maintenance strategies and production management systems.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
· Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
· Proven track record in project/program management with minimum +10 years of experience within a manufacturing or operational context.
· Hands-on experience in change management and embedding operational excellence methodologies.
· Nice to have: Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

· Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge in Production Performance, Maintenance, and Lean Leadership.
· Data-Driven Thinking: Strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex datasets; fluency with digital tools (e.g., SAP, data warehouses) to support decision-making.
· Stakeholder Management: Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills to build trust and alignment with cross-functional teams and leadership.
· Personal Attributes: High resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments. Comfortable with ambiguity and challenge.
Language
· Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
