Responsibilities:
* Recruitment of real estate agents to the RealAdvisor platform through cold outreach
* Running sales calls, managing your sales pipeline and closing deals
* Develop sales funnels and scripts
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the real estate market
* Provide feedback from the market to product and marketing teams
Experience and skills:
* Sales and/or customer service experience - you can talk to anyone
* Experience in the real estate industry, whether prop-tech or agency based is an advantage
* Organized, driven, highly motivated to succeed and grow in your career
* Comfortable with computers, G-suite, CRMs, etc.
* Excellent communication skills in German and/or French as well as professional level English is required. For German speakers, you must also speak and understand Swiss-German
* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
