About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for a Senior Sales Engineer to expand market presence and drive business growth by promoting advanced industrial software solutions for machine integration and automation.
Your Responsibilities

* Conduct needs assessments, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of the solutions.
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
* Negotiate and finalize sales proposals and contracts, ensuring profitable business deals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Represent the company at industry conferences and trade fairs to promote products and services.
Your Profile
You are a results-driven professional with a passion for industrial automation and software solutions, capable of navigating complex sales processes and fostering long-term business relationships.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven track record in software sales, industrial automation, or related industries, with a history of successful business development.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial software solutions and automation technologies.
* Experience in selling customized software solutions for industrial applications.
* Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
Languages
A German native speaker with fluency in English is required. French is an asset.
