Job title: Manager Marketing Communication

As Manager Marketing Communication you will be responsible for managing & organizing the execution of the dsm-firmenich’s brand strategy and the HNC strategy & value proposition via orchestrated and well-executed communications activities. The critical elements of the role consist of project management and execution of the major events and tradeshows in the region, and to take global marketing communication frameworks and amplify/localize the content.
Your key responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional marketing communication plans and campaigns, in line with the regional/global marketing strategy, including brand development, messaging, tools/processes, trade shows, events and other activities i.e. new product launch.
* Propose and support effective ways to enhance dialogue with external stakeholders to enhance their understanding, alignment and commitment towards the business segment goals.
* Lead the preparation and organization of trade shows, including customer events, trainings, new product/concept launch, media interview, online campaign etc, and coordinate tracking / ROI of such initiatives to gain learnings and implement improvements.
* Pro-actively create competitive differentiation in order to improve the perception of dsm-firmenich and HNC offering by customers, partners and other external stakeholders.
* Regional coordination of Trademark license agreements and lead management (a.o. routing tables, customer campaign data).
* Develop and manage an OPEX budget for marketing communication and monitor the Marketing A&P spend, under the supervision of the Segment (Marketing) Leads (budget holder).
You bring
* 4-7 years of work experience in international, matrix & virtual setting (B2B environment is preferred).
* Degree in commerce, business administration or similar education.
* Good understanding of nutritional products and markets preferred, with strong affinity and experience in the assigned industry.
* Excellent networking and social skills, team player attitude.
* Content management skills preferred.
* Excellent English skills, other languages are an advantage.
