Transformation / Change Communications Leader
The perfect candidate possesses a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills. They show knowledge, confidence and passion for transformation/change communications while dealing, supporting and coaching leaders.
We are looking for someone who shares knowledge and best practices to deliver best-in-class Transformation/Change Communications. The ideal candidate displays a positive attitude to transform the organization and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, lead and orchestrate the execution of communications strategy and plan.
* Collaborate with senior leaders across our partner ecosystem to drive proposals for scope/allocation/interaction models for the project.
* Orchestrate the project change/communications strategy and editorial calendar to reach business/project stakeholder segments to drive business results.
* Participate in RFP process, vendor assessment and selection for project change/communication support.
* Plan and orchestrate the execution of town halls, roadshows, service/solution demos, user engagement sessions, briefings, scripts/messages, conferences/events etc.
* Shape project communication/change campaigns that articulate the differentiated value and thought leadership of the project.
* Prepare performance reports to assess share of voice, communication effectiveness and implement continuous improvement measures.
Must Haves:
* 7+ years as a Communications Senior Manager (e.g., Journalism, Communication Agency or Communication Consulting Firm).
* Bachelor Degree in Communications or relevant field.
* Excellent writing/editing skills with a strong portfolio/credentials.
* Ability to manage/multiple simultaneous projects while meeting tight deadlines.
* Well organised, copes well under pressure, takes ownership, proactive and goal focused.
* Creative, delivers practical solutions and flexible to meet others' needs.
* Willing to listen and understand others and maintain credibility in your role.
* Team player with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various business stakeholders.
