Responsibilities
* Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards
* Lead audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, and divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP
* Leverage market-leading analytical tools and technologies to help clients and teams approach challenges in innovative ways
* Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects
* Be a trusted advisor to public and private clients on accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters
* Supervise, coach, and mentor teams. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback and training
Requirements
* 5+ years of external audit experience in performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4, including several years of work experience in the United States (for senior manager: 8+ years)
* US CPA license
* Strong understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements
* Strong project management and communication skills - both written and verbal
