Job Description
The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) plays a vital role in managing the order-to-cash process, delivering exceptional customer service, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders through multiple channels and ensure timely order confirmations in SAP.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and collaborate with Supply Chain to meet customer demands.
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve logistics complaints, and provide issue resolution.
* Manage customer data and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
* Generate and manage shipping and export documentation.
* Monitor consignment stocks and credit limits in collaboration with Finance.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Requirements:
* Commercial education or relevant experience in Customer Care, logistics, or transportation.
* Proficiency in SAP R3 SD and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with Incoterms and insurance liability.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) are an asset.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
* A customer-focused, detail-oriented individual who can multitask under pressure.
