Your role
An exciting and challenging role within the fund administration supporting the Swiss Bank (CICSB) in Zurich.
1. Preparing the financial statements of liquid and illiquid funds, foundations, and managed accounts with domicile Switzerland.
2. Ensuring a correct set-up of our fee management and executing the fees payments of our investment funds, the management company, and our partners.
3. Acting as the main contact person for queries of the auditor, regulator, internal stakeholders and supporting in client queries.
4. Responsible for the calculation and booking of required tax related bookings based on FTA circular 24.
5. Responsible for the calculation and instruction of the income appropriation (distribution, accumulation, reinvestment), based on the specific tax requirements.
6. Supporting in typical fund administration tasks, such as regulatory reporting, class actions claims, quality checks, etc.

Your expertise
We are looking for to extend our small but quick-witted teams of experts in the fund administration to support our growth plan in to deliver high quality to our client and being able to manage work under high time pressure.
1. Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent education; a higher business education (university of applied sciences, higher vocational school) with a specialization in accounting or continuing education in finance and accounting with a Swiss federal specialist certificate is an advantage.
2. General understanding of the duties of a fund management company as well as basic understanding of the reporting obligations and fund accounting.
3. Knowledge of the regulatory requirements (AMAS, FINMA, KAG).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in German and English.
5. Talent in figures and very strong analytical skills.
6. Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
7. Team player, ability to set priorities, self-motivated with the ability to work independently under high time pressure.
