As a System Requirement & Test Engineer at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:
1. Collaborate directly with the Product Owner and Agile team to understand the product vision, roadmap priorities, and translate business requirements into technical solutions, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
2. Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and sprint planning by providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.
3. Create and manage requirements using industry-standard tools (DOORS, Polarion), ensuring complete traceability throughout the system lifecycle.
4. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including test plans and test cases.
5. Provide expert-level technical support and incident investigation, working closely with maintenance teams and customers.
6. Perform integration tests with multiple surrounding equipment/systems, both manually and through automation.
7. Participate in formal system testing activities such as Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
8. Analyze and document issues/bugs in JIRA with precision and clarity.
9. Maintain and update the Test Results Management tool.
10. Actively participate and contribute to the "Testing" Community of Practice.
About you!
Required qualifications
Experience in the air traffic control domain.
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering and testing.
Strong understanding of Systems Engineering lifecycle and standards.
Proven experience in writing system requirements.
Extensive experience in system testing, particularly in complex system integration.
Proficiency with systems engineering tools (DOORS, Polarion, JIRA, Confluence).
Knowledge of Python scripting for test automation (Squish framework).
Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Gherkin.
Proficiency with GitHub and source control practices.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), German is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of standards (ED-153, ED-109A, DO-178C) is a significant advantage.
