Role Overview:
We are seeking a Solution Architect to support our growth in the DACH region. This role combines business subject matter expertise and technical knowledge to deliver IT Service Management solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead solution implementation projects, owning the technical and business design of the end-to-end solution.
2. Conduct design reviews, data quality assurance, and manage external client teams during sales and post-sales deliveries.
3. Participate in RFPs, provide technology solution content, and audit existing client implementations to recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in IT or Customer Support organizations.
* 1-3 years' experience as a technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow delivery implementations.
* Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies.
* 1+ years' experience implementing ITIL best practices and aligning business processes with ITIL.
* Fluency in German and English (required); another European language is an asset.
* Availability to travel within Europe.
