We are currently seeking a skilled professional for our client, a leading MedTech company in the Grisons area:
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule, and perform service visits to end users according to regional responsibility.
* Conduct installations, annual preventive maintenance, repair services, and corrective actions at the end customer.
* Perform electrical safety tests as per EN62353 standards.
* Record customer complaints with detailed information and documentation in the complaint management system.
* Maintain effective communication with back-office and sales teams.
* Provide technical training to users as required.
* Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate car stock/inventory management.
* Represent the company professionally during customer visits.
* Ensure timely submission of paperwork to end customers and supervisors.
* Offer technical support to sales/marketing teams during events such as trade fairs, exhibitions, and demonstrations.
Required Qualifications:
* Completed apprenticeship in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering with a strong affinity for technology and processes or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Technical expertise in electronics, electromechanics, and/or biomedical engineering, along with relevant experience in field-support and technical service activities is an advantage.
* Proven experience in interpreting device diagnostics and troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices.
* High customer focus and excellent service skills, with a positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
* Solid experience in building and maintaining business relationships with customers and partners, understanding customer needs is essential.
* Good computer literacy, standard operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with complaint management systems is advantageous.
* Natural persuasiveness and good presentation skills combined with a proactive service attitude.
* Experience with clinical workflows and processes would be beneficial.
* A valid driving license is required.
* Fluent English and German language skills (reading, writing, speaking) are mandatory, other languages are an added advantage.
