This individual is accountable for acting as the AGCN representative for the local office or region on new business opportunities and any training needs for internal and external clients.This individual leads by example as a strong sponsor of Aon's Impact Model; supporting local AGCN colleagues; promoting and ensuring connectivity, collaboration and cooperation within local office practices and functions and fostering the sharing of knowledge, best practices and resources around multinational accounts.What the day will look likeLiaise with Aon network offices on outward global program coordination activities.Maintain effective and productive relationships with internal and external clientsSupport the design, placement and servicing of large and complex international insurance programs, including those with alternative risk financing structuresDraft assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports, and other presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.Explain general coverages to professional and non-professional insurance buyers who are not familiar with insurance practices.
