Public Relations Communications Specialist
Join a dynamic international team and contribute to the global communication strategy of our group! We are looking for a versatile professional to strengthen our media presence, manage press relations, and support our corporate communications, including crisis communication.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Press & Public Relations:
* Monitor daily media and social networks to identify key trends and industry insights.
* Prepare and distribute a weekly press review in collaboration with local teams.
* Draft, coordinate, and distribute press releases to ensure effective media outreach.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media partners.
* Manage and draft responses to inquiries from local and international media.
* Handle crisis communication, both internally and externally, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach.
Social Media Management:
* Oversee the company’s LinkedIn and Facebook pages, creating and publishing engaging content.
* Develop tailored communication plans for different business entities and CSR initiatives.
* Design visuals and videos to enhance digital presence.
Communication Materials:
* Produce various communication materials (newsletters, presentations, videos).
* Support local teams in content creation, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
* Contribute to the production of the company’s annual sustainability report.
Training & Tools:
* Train local teams on communication tools (Canva, social media platforms).
* Update the company website with news and CSR content.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, either in an agency or in-house.
* Proven experience managing international stakeholders (including outside Europe) in both internal and external communication.
* Bilingual in French and English (excellent written and spoken skills).
* Residing near Fribourg or willing to be on-site daily.
