Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or HRIS departments, ideally across various functions (Recruitment, Talent, HRBP, Operations, etc.).
Proven expertise in HR system implementation (HRIS, ATS, Talent Management systems).
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a keen ability to identify HR data trends.
Technological proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and the agility to learn new platforms quickly.
Experience in HR data maintenance, change management, and project support for HR system rollouts.
Proven ability to manage sensitive HR data and processes while ensuring compliance with GDPR and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience supporting HR data management initiatives across multiple client groups.
Involvement in system testing phases and training content development for HR processes.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Familiarity with a
