Kistler's Business Incubator is seeking a Strategic Business Developer to drive its growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and facilitating direct market development.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
* Conduct market research to identify potential partners, trends, and emerging technologies.
* Analyze trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Networking and Partnerships:
* Engage with technology partners, including software vendors, hardware manufacturers, and start-ups.
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the technology ecosystem to leverage their expertise and gain insights into market trends.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
* Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build new business based on technology.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
* Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
* Masters degree or higher in Engineering or similar field.
* In-depth knowledge of the high-tech start-up ecosystem, emerging technologies, and market trends.
* Proven work experience in business and/or strategic development within the international high-tech start-up industrial domain.
* Experience in leading, developing, and integrating start-ups.
* Passion for technology, innovation, digitalization, and data value engineering.
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset and networking skills.
