Job Description
* Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from proposal stages to delivery.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes of scope, developing mitigation strategies.
* Drive the adoption and integration of PLM and MES solutions into customers' organizations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.
* Report project status, issues, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project success, according to the group's processes.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as an Engagement Manager with a focus on PLM and MES systems, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) concepts and tools.
* Experience in managing Turn-key projects.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams and to lead cross-functional groups.
* Strong decision-making capabilities and a results-oriented approach.
* Project Management certifications are a plus.
