Seven For All Mankind is looking for a Digital & Sales Analyst to support sales strategies by analysing performance data across all channels but mainly E-Commerce and Wholesale channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making skills, and a solid understanding of the fashion retail industry.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Monitor weekly/monthly sales performance for E-Commerce and Wholesale, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
* Forecasting - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop plans, forecasts and projections for e-commerce sales.
* Performance Monitoring - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to e-commerce operations, such as conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value. Identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth based on performance data.
* Web analytics - Sets up tagging in GTM and analyses website traffic and user behavior data using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Track metrics such as website visits, page views, bounce rates and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of the website's design, navigation, and content, and identify opportunities for improvement. Supports A/B test tracking and monitoring.
* E-Commerce reporting - Generates regular reports and dashboards to communicate key e-commerce metrics and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Assist the Wholesale team in preparing reports for B2B customers and distributors, analyzing sell-in, sell-out, and stock rotation.
* Work closely with the commercial team to track key account performance and suggest strategic actions.
* Analyze sell-out data from department stores and multi-brand retailers, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Study customer behavior across different markets and channels, identifying purchasing patterns.
* Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and digital strategies.
* Support demand planning and stock management through data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, and E-Commerce Analyst role within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods company.
* Understanding of E-Commerce and/or Wholesale dynamics.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis).
* Experience with BI tools.
* In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
* Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems for sales and stock analysis.
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
