As a member of our Contracting department, you will be responsible for expanding our Partner offerings on the German-speaking part of Switzerland, in line with the Group's marketing priorities. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with partners to create new experiences for our beneficiaries. This candidate should be focused and possess strong communication skills. They must be able to think critically when developing plans and have a proven ability to execute strategies effectively. You will be in charge of developing new partnerships and improving existing experiences with our current partners in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Objectives of Role:
* Expand our offering to customers by identifying and signing high-value partners in line with the sourcing plan.
* Achieve objectives for your portfolio by managing key deliverables.
* Manage your own pipeline and balance short- and long-term priorities effectively.
* Maintain effective communication with existing partners by promptly addressing their requests and ensuring the continuous quality of the experiences offered.
* Handle objections from partners and prospects, adapting our approach to overcome sales challenges.
* Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends and partner performance to suggest strategic improvements and adjustments.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of new experiences into our portfolio.
* Conduct a high volume of calls to generate leads and maximize sales opportunities, ensuring diligent follow-up.
* Collaborate on the design of offers, including pricing and commissions, to create attractive and profitable products for beneficiaries across Europe.
Key Capabilities and Skills:
* Fluent in German and proficient in English at a working level.
* Active listening skills that enable you to get the most out of every interaction with partners and colleagues.
* Detail-oriented to ensure your experiences are marketed accurately.
* Comfortable working with numbers, with the ability to leverage data to persuade others and support your viewpoint.
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Oracle.
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
* Data-driven and analytically skilled, capable of building and presenting compelling business proposals.
Occasional travel.
Remote working: 2 days per week.
