LCX is a global financial technology company based in Liechtenstein that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal and Executive Assistant to the Management and Board of Directors with excellent German and English language skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform a broad range of administrative tasks for the Board of Directors and Chief Executive including managing a calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing documents; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents.
2. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and securely handle sensitive material with strictly confidential personal and company topics in a professional manner.
3. Communicate effectively and collaborate with partners, clients, all levels of staff, and vendors.
4. Manage meeting schedules, agendas for internal and external meetings, maintain minutes, and follow up on action items.
5. Work effectively with other support teams (Finance, Administration, Human Resources, IT).
6. Support billing/timesheet maintenance.
7. Manage travel logistics and review and process expense reports.
8. Build efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations and help define new operational procedures across the organization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Consulting experience is a plus.
3. 5+ years of relevant experience.
4. Excellent German language skills. Perfect English written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong working knowledge of Google Suite Docs, Google Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Slack.
6. Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and build trust with a diverse range of people and job functions.
7. Ability to build good relations and spread positivity.
8. Ability to multitask, adhere to deadlines, and complete work independently.
9. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
10. Project Management Professional certification desirable.
11. Already living in Switzerland or willing to relocate. Swiss or EU passport holder is a must.
