You will take care of customer logistic needs such as initiation or adjustment of bookings, complaints handling and provide transportation solutions to maintain and develop current and potential business.
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Manage export bookings and re-bookings.
3. Oversee special export and import shipments.
4. Advise customers on air cargo industry rules and regulations.
5. Handle post-shipment activities, including irregularity and complaint resolution, and provide written reports.
6. Initiate and ensure timely preparation of schedules.
7. Drive revenue by promoting Swiss WorldCargo's global network and service solutions, while fostering business growth.
8. Identify and implement short-term transportation solutions with providers like ground handlers, unit load device suppliers, and local trucking companies.
9. Prepare and consolidate quality indicators with cargo handling in GVA, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

10. Business school qualification or relevant education in air cargo, transportation, or logistics industry
11. Proven, successful experience in cargo operations and service, logistics or related industry
12. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
13. Solution-oriented thinker and ability to master difficult and challenging situations
14. Collaborate effectively with others and demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset
15. Good MS Office knowledge with an affinity to IT software
16. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus
